After the 24th Nov update, the game will not open... Please fix.
We're really sorry you're having issues with the game and we know how important Pocket Family is to our players! We're working on some major fixes now - in the meantime, try these steps that have worked for about 70% of players:
- force quit the app (double tap home button, tap on app, press on the X)
- connect to wifi
- reload pocket family and leave it till it either loads or crashes
- if it crashes, please try loading again (just once)
